Use:This product can be used as an antioxidant for natural synthetic latex, as well as for polyolefins, polyesters, lubricating oils, mineral oils, and cellulose plastics. It is non-polluting, does not discolor, exhibits excellent dispersibility, and boasts outstanding thermal stability. Antioxidant 405It is the only white antioxidant among amine-based antioxidants, widely used in ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), hydrogenated nitrile chloroprene rubber, chloroprene rubber, butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, cis-polybutadiene rubber, isoprene rubber and their respective products. It is non-polluting, oil-resistant, and can withstand high temperatures up to 270°C, offering excellent anti-aging performance. It effectively protects light-colored rubber products, preventing discoloration, cracking, and blooming. It requires a low dosage yet delivers remarkable effects, making it highly cost-effective. Its applications span a wide range of fields—including wire and cable manufacturing, light-colored rubber products, seals, and lubricants. It can significantly extend the oxidation induction period of polyolefin materials. This product is non-toxic, odorless, and has a light color, making it suitable for use in various elastomers, as well as in color masterbatches for plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyvinyl chloride. It can serve as an antioxidant in polyurethane foam plastics, rubber wires and cables, food packaging materials, and adhesives; its heat resistance, light stability, and anti-aging properties are particularly outstanding when used in colored chloroprene rubber cable jackets. In polyether and its foam plastics, it acts as a light-stabilizing, anti-aging, and antioxidant agent, and can also be employed as an antioxidant in lubricants. The typical dosage ranges from 1 to 3 parts.
