Product nature:This product is a light-yellow liquid with excellent oil solubility. It is insoluble in water and sodium hydroxide and remains unchanged in color upon long-term storage. This product is a mixed-type hindered phenol antioxidant with superior antioxidant performance, comparable to that of T501. It is commonly known as liquid BHT.

Technical requirements:

Use:This product is widely used as an antioxidant additive in fuel oils and lubricating oils, and it can also serve as an anti-aging agent for rubber and plastics. It can be used either alone or in combination with other additives. It is a replacement product for the antioxidant T501 (BHT), offering superior antioxidant performance at the same dosage level compared to T501. It is suitable for use in various products that currently employ T501 as an antioxidant—particularly in fuel oils, where its performance is even more outstanding. Moreover, it is easy to use and priced lower than T501.
