When used in combination with thioether antioxidants or phosphorus-containing antioxidants, this product exhibits a remarkable synergistic effect. It can also be combined with various types of light stabilizers to impart outstanding weather resistance to the final products. Moreover, this product has no adverse effect on polymerization reactions; when used in high-impact polystyrene and polyvinyl chloride, it can be added to the monomer prior to polymerization, thereby protecting the material from thermal oxidative degradation during production, processing, and end-use.
